One image banner: ideally 1200 × 300 pixels, under 2 MB. JPG, PNG or WebP. Keep your logo and key message away from the edges. Other shapes are accepted; we agree any crop before publication.
One target link: a working HTTPS link to your shop, venue, event or community. Submit artwork you own or have permission to use, suitable for a general-audience page. Do not upload confidential information.
VRTL Index is a growing, community-driven resource hub in early access. A standard paid spotlight joins a shared rotation for 30 days; it is not an exclusive or lifetime placement. We do not guarantee visitor numbers, clicks or sales. Ask for available placement information before deciding to pay.
Your request stays in private review. Uploaded artwork itself has a public media URL. Payment does not bypass moderation or imply an endorsement.

We check the destination and artwork. We confirm availability, any founding invitation, dates and the final price before any payment.
We publish the approved listing or schedule your spotlight. You can see your request status in the member form.
No. A free VRTL Index member account is enough. Sign in with Google or your existing account. A paid membership is not required.
Select “Invited founding partner” in the form. We verify invitations manually. An approved invitation gives your brand free Premium participation while VRTL Index operates, subject to our content rules and available rotating placement. It does not reserve an exclusive banner position, guarantee continuous display or promise particular traffic. No charge is introduced without a separate agreement.
After review and confirmation. Submission is not publication. Your member account shows the review status; we contact your account email if we need details. A paid spotlight also needs agreed dates and payment before it starts.
This form takes no payment. Any paid placement is agreed separately, including supplier details, final total and cancellation rights. Before placement starts, you may cancel for a full refund. If we cannot deliver a confirmed placement, you may choose a full refund or replacement dates. If an active placement is interrupted by us, we offer replacement time or a proportionate refund for the undelivered part. Applicable consumer rights always take priority. See our Terms of Service.
Yes. Contact us with your brand name and submission reference. Replacements are reviewed before publication. We do not let another member edit your submission.
