IMVU’s creation form uses width × height. Transparent or unselected gaps inside that rectangle still occupy purchased tile space.

Separate one-tile badges for the 1 selected cells would total 100,000 credits. Buying one larger badge uses the full rectangular footprint.

Regular: 100,000 credits/tile. VIP: 90,000 credits/tile. Animation adds another 100,000 credits/tile, or 90,000 for VIP. Special offers are excluded. Confirm the final price in IMVU before purchase.

Enable Auto Grant in Manage Badges → Edit Settings on IMVU. Visitors may need to sign in.

These are navigation links, not one-click grant commands. HTML/BBCode on an external site cannot grant a badge or change its permissions. Requests and grants remain in IMVU’s own interface.

Choose a width and height in 20-pixel tiles, upload your artwork, and export an exact-size PNG. Artwork keeps its proportions; transparent margins fill any gaps. This prepares artwork; it does not create or grant a badge on IMVU.

From artwork to your IMVU badge.

  1. Plan your shape and check the rectangular footprint needed for a single badge.
  2. Prepare the matching width and height in the artwork workshop. Open Create Badge on IMVU and review its price before buying.
  3. After purchase, add the name, upload the artwork, write the description, and save in IMVU.
  4. Enable Badges Auto Grant in Edit Settings and choose the appropriate panel visibility.
  5. Enter your creator CID here, then copy the HTML or BBCode link for your website or a forum that supports BBCode.
