Before you apply
Plan to submit approximately two weeks before the event, with booking opening around one month ahead. The provisional product-age rule is less than 30 days old at the start of the round; the final cutoff will be stated with each event.
Creators must keep the agreed sale price from Friday through Sunday in the event's confirmed timezone. Monday or Tuesday previews may open earlier. Hidden products stay in preview until their link and price are checked manually.
Artwork checklist
Use a clear product image, preferably 1200 × 1500 pixels (4:5). Upload JPG, PNG or WebP, up to 5 MB. Keep essential details away from the outer edges.
An optional full-outfit image may show matching pieces. Only the featured product is advertised at the sale price.
Submit images you own or are authorized to use. Organizers review all images before display.

Where do I buy a product?
Use a verified listing's “View on IMVU” link. You complete the purchase on IMVU, using your own account. Check the final price there before purchasing.
Is Weekend Edit an official IMVU event?
No. This is an independent creator project. It is not operated, sponsored or endorsed by IMVU. The organizers' volunteer roles do not imply endorsement.
What does “Preview” mean?
The product is not yet cleared for shopping through this listing. It may still be hidden, awaiting its sale window, or awaiting a manual price or link check.
Is the whole outfit discounted?
Only the one featured product carries the listed sale price. Matching pieces are separate products and may have different prices.
When is the first event?
Dates, the event timezone and submission deadlines will be announced after the organizers confirm the pilot schedule. No launch date is confirmed yet.
Can creators submit more than one product?
Each creator submits one featured product per round. Additional pieces may be linked as matching items, clearly separate from the featured offer.
Where are the Discord and social accounts?
Dedicated Discord, Instagram and Facebook accounts are planned. Verified links will be added after the organizers create and approve them.
How is my contact information used?
Applications and messages are accessible only to the site's authorized organizers. Contact details are used for review and event coordination. Contact the organizers about correction or deletion. Retention terms will be finalized before launch.
